refactor: simplify container creation (#1690)

* refactor: simplify container creation

we previously had three actions creating a container, everyone doing
almost the same thing. This is bad design.

Refactored to have only two creation types:

- create: creates a container with given fields, asks no questions
- create_and_relate: the action exposed to users, this optionally takes
  in input underlying resources descriptions and relates them with the
  appropriate matches.

* fix: make image lookups work

image lookups relied on the full map

```ex
%{image_id: _, image_credentials_id: _}
```

to work. This change forces the full map to have the right keys even
when one of the two is not provided as input field.
