fix(deps): bump golang.org/x/crypto to v0.56.0

govulncheck reports three vulnerabilities in x/crypto v0.54.0 that
holodeck code reaches through pkg/sshutil (Dialer.dialOnce and the
sshtest server):

- GO-2026-6355 and GO-2026-6354: denial of service on deadlocked SSH
  channels, fixed in v0.56.0
- GO-2026-6303: source-address critical option not enforced for
  non-public-key auth callbacks, fixed in v0.55.0

v0.56.0 requires x/net v0.57.0, which moves x/mod, x/text and x/tools
with it. vendor/ was regenerated with go mod vendor, and go mod tidy
dropped the stale go.sum hashes for the old versions.
