docs: explain why wasm-dbms exists and compare it with alternatives (#165)

Add a "Why wasm-dbms?" page covering the problem the engine solves, what
sets it apart, a comparison with other ways to store relational data on
WASM, and the cases where an alternative is the better choice. Summarize
it in the README and in the documentation introduction.

Also correct the WASI provider name in the README quick start, which
referred to a type that does not exist.
