ci: leave the scripts out of SonarQube's coverage

Only Rust's coverage is measured, so SonarQube counted every changed line
of a Python script as uncovered, and this pull request failed the quality
gate on new-code coverage (0.0% of 28 lines) while passing every other
condition. The scripts are still analysed; they are no longer counted for
coverage. The lifting scripts cannot run in CI, since IDA and Binary Ninja
are licensed, and check_links.py is tested by test_check_links.py without
being measured.
