fix: clear SonarQube's Python findings

SonarQube Cloud reported four (#169):

- pythonsecurity:S8707, BnilLifter.py writing to a path from its
  arguments. oinkie passes it `{input file name}.json` and collects it
  from the working directory, and `lift` is not an MCP tool, so no model
  chooses the path -- but a name with a directory in it is not one oinkie
  gives, so it is refused now instead of written wherever it points, and
  the file is opened in the working directory by its base name.
- python:S8786, check_links.py's code-span regex: its backreference
  retried from every position after an unclosed run of backticks, so the
  time grew with the square of the file. Replaced by one walk over the
  runs. A span now closes only at a run of exactly its own length, as in
  CommonMark, and keeps its line endings, so a line number after a span
  that crosses one is right.
- python:S9407, MicrocodeLifter.py: two loops become `yield from`.

Checked: test_check_links.py with three new cases (a span closed only by
its own length, an unclosed run, a span over a line ending); a 400,000
character file with an unclosed backtick in 7 ms; BnilLifter.py against a
stub `binaryninja`, which refuses `../escape.json`, `/tmp/abs.json`,
`sub/x.json`, `.`, `..` and an empty name before loading anything, and
passes `out.json` through; py_compile on all four files.
