Abort tile requests for WMS and OGC layers on source replacement and
destroy, reset aborted tiles to IDLE so they are re-fetched, and revoke
blob URLs used for tile images and JSON metadata. Fix the query abort
stream so it is aborted when the spatial reference equals instead of
referencing a new instance. End the Rust query stream after a cancellation
and wrap the geotiff tile loop in the abortable query execution so the
connection close cancels the running query.

Remove the early return that suppressed loading=false during tile resets and
debounce the loading signal so transient abort dips stay invisible while a
genuine completion always resolves.

* fix(ui,backend): abort tile loads robustly and prevent resource leaks

- WMS: only mark data status OK when a disposed tile left the counter unbalanced, so genuine load errors no longer get overwritten
- OGC: emit loading state from the in-flight abort controllers so an evicted tile cannot leave the spinner stuck
- geotiff: drop the intermediate vsimem dataset on abort to free file memory, verif... (continued)
