Convert BuildInfoGenerator task from an inline string that MSBuild must compile during each build into its original form of a precompiled DLL included in the package, for faster builds (2ms instead of 631ms). Somehow avoid error and warning messages about mismatched architectures and runtimes, out-of-process slowness, and file locking while installing new package versions (this last part may not be completely fixed, but now Workspace Resolution can easily find all MSBuild process instances that hold a lock on the old DLL to be replaced by scanning for environment variables using Gapotchenko.FX.Diagnostics.Process, which is populated by a static initializer in the custom task class, rather than trying to search module lists that mysteriously omit this library.
