graphql: report invalid nulls as a typed error (#4359)

A null reaching a position the schema forbids produced one of two
messages depending only on where it was noticed: "must not be null"
from resolveField, and "the requested element is null which the schema
does not allow" from the generated marshalers. Neither named the field,
the type that forbade the null, or the Go value behind it, leaving the
error path as the only clue.

Raise *graphql.InvalidNullError instead. It carries the field's schema
coordinate as the specification defines it, the declared type, the
response path, and a NullSource saying whether the nil came from a
resolver, a model method, a struct field, a marshaler, or MarkNonNull.
SchemaCoordinate() names the concrete type behind an interface, which
the path cannot. Recover it with errors.AsType, match any violation
with errors. Is against ErrInvalidNull, or read Attrs() for structured
logging.

The message text changes, so tests asserting the old strings need
updating; match the type or the sentinel instead, since the text is not
part of the API. Folding the HasFieldError guard into the runtime also
drops roughly 1200 lines from generated output.
