Replace integration_test_setup decorator with regular function (#3420)

### Summary

Revise the integration tests in order to prepare for `pytest`:
* replace `@integration_test_setup` with a more plain
`integration_test_dependencies` function
* refactor such function in order to remove `supported_channel`, and
incorporate `get_integration_test_config`
* move the integration-specific `TestCases` to
`test/integration/case.py`
* update tests accordingly

### Details and comments

This is in the same spirit as recent PRs: simplifying `setUp` and
`setUpClass`, and start paving the way towards fixtures. In integration
tests, keeping items in `setUpClass` is still needed (it can be costly
to create the Service) - a properly scoped fixture should provide the
same benefits once the effort is completed.
