[TASK] Align `loadHelp()` in `runTests.sh` with the TYPO3 core (#2203) (#2371)

Use the core's option order, wording and examples in the help text.
Remove the `functionalDeprecated` and `unitDeprecated` suites, which
tea does not have, and list `composerNormalize` under `-n`.
