docs: the collector has a second way in, for hosting with no php.ini

`php-bug-catcher/perf-collector` 2.1.0 can be loaded by a `require` in the
monitored application's front controller instead of `auto_prepend_file`, and
measures the same request either way. The README offered only the php.ini line,
which reads as "you need root on the monitored machine" - and for an application
on shared hosting that was true until now.

The collector's own README still has the installation and the options; this is
one sentence so that somebody choosing whether to bother finds out it is
possible.
