[TASK] Align script output with the Core `runTests.sh` (#2360)

- Use `getopts` in silent mode (leading `:`) and store the bare
  OPTARG, like the Core does. `runTests.sh -z` now prints `-z` instead of
  Bash's `Ungültige Option -- z` followed by `--`.
- Exit with 2 and print the SIGINT message when the database does
  not come up, like the Core runner does.
- Use the core wording for the missing container runtime message
  and the help header.

Fixes #2200
