Record agy token usage from its JSON envelope

The antigravity template adds --output-format json. The envelope's
response replaces stdout so the task parsers are unchanged, its error is
appended to the stderr log for quota/auth detection, and its input,
output, thinking, cache-read and total tokens go to meta/usage.json.

Measured: a "Reply OK" launch costs 12,921 input tokens; a 20-headline
classify launch 25,117 input + 2,245 output.

Marks Stage 0 done in spec/plan-jev-decisions.md.
