fix(examples): load the Swedish file in test-jest and align the ru plural tags in react-icu

The Swedish locale in example/test-jest was named translation.json while the
app loads the "translations" namespace, so Swedish fell back to English.

In example/react-icu the ru testKey used <0> in every plural branch; it now
uses <0>/<1>/<2> like en and de.
