fix: skip unknown file and archive properties

An unrecognised property ID in the files info returned
errUnexpectedID, and archive properties and start positions returned
TODO errors, each failing to open the whole archive. This affected
valid archives, for example ones containing anti-items written by a
7-Zip update.

As 7-Zip does, skip padding, anti-items, comments, start positions
and any unrecognised file properties using their declared length, and
skip all archive properties. 7-Zip only exposes start positions as an
informational item property and never uses them for extraction. The
length is range checked first so a huge value can't silently skip
nothing.
