Commit Message

Add follow-up tests and v3.6.7 changelog for merged fixes

- XGBOD: refit one instance from 60 to 35 samples, which raised
  ValueError before #767.
- KPCA: compare refit decision_function scores with n_components=3,
so the #753 determinism test checks non-trivial scores.
- k-Shape: run _kshape on shifted copies of one shape; the test fails
if the #734 sign fix is reverted (SBD 0.009 fixed vs 0.31 reverted).
- XGBOD docstring: the default detector list is stored in
estimator_list_, and supplied detector objects are fitted in place.
- CHANGES: v3.6.7 entry for #766, #767, #753, #759, #763 and #734.
