Tighten exclusions so they cannot eat part of a signature (#620)

Sixteen exclusions used a wildcard '.' where a '/' or space was meant
(Safari.[\d\.]*, MSIE.[\d\.]*, Windows NT.[\d\.]* and so on). A dot
matches any character, so each one swallowed the letter after the
token: FirefoxBot reached the crawler regex as 'ot', and ' Intel'
without a trailing space turned the 'Name Intelligence' signature into
'Nameligence', leaving it dead since 2018.

Every entry now matches exactly the token it was written for. Results
on crawlers.txt (3,738 lines) and devices.txt (165,640 lines) are
identical before and after, and the pass is marginally faster because
the patterns are more specific.

The list is split into two commented sections, since the device-name
entries (cubot and friends) prevent false positives rather than save
time, and a new test embeds every plain-literal signature in a browser
user agent and asserts it survives stripping.
