fix(coredns): delete endpoint should also delete the registry TXT entry (#6747)

* fix(coredns): delete the registry TXT entry from etcd

The TXT registry rebuilds its ownership endpoints on every ApplyChanges,
so they carry none of the labels Records() attaches. The etcd key holds a
random prefix that only those labels record, so the key derived from the
bare name never existed and the delete was a no-op: the entry stayed in
etcd and CoreDNS kept answering it.

Look the stored keys up instead when the prefix label is missing, matching
on the TXT value so other owners and text sharing a key with an address
record are left alone.

* fix(coredns): keep subdomain entries out of the TXT key lookup

The prefix read under the name also returns keys of names below it, so a
subdomain's ownership entry with the same text was deleted too. Only keys
whose depth under the name matches their TargetStrip belong to it.
