fix: Correct defects in the examples

- fix: Close every session of the old name on a classifieds rename.
  Left open, they answer 500, and whoever takes the name next gets them
- fix: Expire classifieds sign-ins after 30 days and delete expired
  sessions every hour. The cookie now survives a browser restart
- fix: Refuse a classifieds name equal to another user's email, and the
  reverse. Sign-in with that email fails at random
- fix: Sort similar classifieds posts before cutting them to the limit
- fix: Accept only a same-site path as the offline-cache sign-in
  redirect. The browser takes "/\evil.example" to evil.example
- fix: Report a failed offline-cache action in a toast and enable the
