Commit Message

chore: revert fractional multipleOf support for integer schemas

This reverts commit 935fb7c. Its float quotient check does not follow the JSON Schema
definition of multipleOf, which requires exact division: it rejects 0.3 for
multipleOf: 0.1. Zoi.Types.Number has the same issue, so a decimal-based fix for
both types belongs in a separate change outside #212.
