fix prompt bug: - retry() now checks whether that move back is still in progress: the browser still shows the destination entry (window.history.state.key === tx.location.key). If so, it calls tx.retry() only after the move back has finished.
- An entry without a key is treated as 'default', the key history gives it. That's the page's first entry, so a confirmed Back to where the user landed also works.
- The delayed retry has its own one-shot listener, so the confirmed navigation still happens if the Prompt unmounts in the meantime. The old code had already called go() by then, so this keeps its behaviour.
