fix: accept whole-number floats in JSON Schema integer schemas

JSON Schema's integer type accepts numbers with no fractional part, including
floats such as 1.0. Schemas decoded by Zoi.from_json_schema/1 now accept these
values and preserve them as floats. Values such as 1.5 still fail validation,
and Zoi.integer/1 continues to reject all floats.

The decoder enables an internal integral_floats flag on the integer type.
Keeping this type preserves the integer validation error and the "integer"
type when converting the schema back to JSON Schema.

Update multipleOf validation to handle accepted floats without raising an
error in rem/2.
