fix(perf): one grid for the whole wall, not one per row

The two row layouts share twelve columns and cut them differently - with
latency on the row the name gives up two columns and the error count one, to
make room for Apdex and p95. `dense` was decided per project, so a wall with
both kinds of project had its cards breaking at different offsets and nothing
lined up down a column. A wall of projects is read by scanning a column, not by
reading each card.

It is now read once for the whole list: one project with performance switched
on puts every row on the same grid, and the ones without it get a sparkline
seven columns wide where the two numbers would have been. An installation with
no performance anywhere is untouched - the old six, two and four.

Asked of the user's own projects rather than of the table, because that is what
the wall draws.
