Receipt journal keeps wrapped item names whole and waits for the structured list first

The journal is 40 columns wide, and a longer item name wraps onto the next
line at any character. The parser took each continuation for a new item, so
a Univerexport receipt got items named ")" and "(Е)". Wrapped lines are now
joined, and the tax label at the end of every journal name goes into the
tax label, so a journal item matches the same item from /specifications.
Checked on all 212 production receipts that have both sources.

An empty /specifications for a receipt younger than 3 minutes is now a
transient wait retried every 15 seconds instead of an immediate journal
fallback. Production empty answers came at receipt ages of 30.6 to 117.3
seconds and never after 120.
