Drop htkeys_entry_at in favour of entry_at (#1665)

## What do these changes do?

Removes the C extension's `htkeys_entry_at()` helper, a one-line wrapper
that read `keys->kind` and forwarded to `entry_at()`. Its ten callers
now call `entry_at(keys->kind, ...)` directly, the same way #1663
replaced `entry_next()` and `entry_prev()`. The emitted code is
identical: `tools/codegen_diff.py --ref master` reports 0 of 331
functions changed on 3.13 and 0 of 347 on 3.14t.

The pure-Python backend has no equivalent and is untouched.

## Are there changes in behavior for the user?

No.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No; it removes one helper.
