coverage: measure src only, not the test suite (#657)

[tool.coverage.run] source listed both src and tests, so the report counted the
test suite as covered code. The other four Zostera packages list src only;
django-icons never followed when django-marina dropped tests in 26.1 (#631).

It was not just noise, it reported the wrong number. tests/smoke_test.py is run
by just build against an installed wheel, never by the test suite, so it sat at
0% and pulled the total down. The package reads 97% with this change, against
93% before.
