Cover every statement and branch, and hold the line at 100% (#886)

* Cover every statement and branch, and hold the line at 100%

Coverage was 96%, with 22 statements and 9 partial branches untested. The gaps
were not exotic: formset-level errors, hidden fields, inline checkboxes, the
ReadOnlyPasswordHashWidget plaintext class, size classes, empty URL settings,
and the whole of get_language_code in the jinja2 module.

Most of it is new tests. Three things are not.

BaseRenderer.get_size_class is removed. Nothing called it. Every real caller
uses the module-level get_size_class from django_bootstrap5.size, which the
method also shadowed inside the class body. Behaviour is unchanged, but note
it was a public attribute, so a custom renderer subclass could in principle
have called it.

The ReadOnlyPasswordHashWidget import guard in widgets.py is marked
`# pragma: no cover`. It only runs when Django is set up without a database,
which the suite cannot reproduce in-process.

widgets.py is stored with LF line endings. It was the only tracked file in the
repository with CRLF, against the `end_of_line = lf` in .editorconfig. Python
rewriting the file normalised it, and keeping that is the right outcome.

`fail_under = 100` is set so a drop fails `just test-cov`, verified by removing
a test and watching it report 99 and exit 2. Note that CI runs `coverage run`
but never `coverage report`, so the floor binds locally and not yet in CI.

The merge put all three at the top. Only the removed method belongs there,
since it is the one that could break a subclass; the coverage floor and the
line-ending fix are tooling and join the end of that block.
