project: remove xirvik/main.py again

The cruft update in 7bcda81 recreated the placeholder xirvik/main.py
that 42f042a removed. The CLI entry point is xirvik.commands:xirvik.
Set has_multiple_entry_points so Wiswa does not create main.py,
__main__.py, or tests/test_main.py, and drop the Ruff per-file ignore
for the deleted file.
