Add preliminary MailKit 5.0.0 release notes

Started a (still incomplete) 5.0.0 section in ReleaseNotes.md covering the
breaking changes made so far: the move to MimeKit.Core, retiring
MailKitLite, DeflateStream-based IMAP COMPRESS (now .NET 8+ only),
DeliveryStatusNotificationType namespace move, IMimeMessage return types,
64-bit sizes/offsets, SaslMechanism.Create/TryCreate, removal of obsolete
APIs, the new ProtocolErrorType/CommandErrorType APIs and the resulting
telemetry error.type changes, plus the ImapStream.Flush bug fix.

These notes are preliminary and will continue to be updated as the 5.0.0
work progresses.
