test: cover Register.Core's edges (#50)

* test: cover Register.Core's edges

Register.Tests, xUnit v3 over Register.Core: the inputs that misbehave.
183 tests across the registration gate and consent round, the Freedom
overlay, contact validation, both event logs, the email service against
a scripted SMTP server, the Scrutiny client, log shipping, the temporary
id counter and the email templates.

Coverage now merges both suites: coverlet runs Unity.Intergroup.Tests to
JSON, then Register.Tests merges into it and writes the Cobertura file.
The figure falls from ~92% to ~46% because Register.Core is measured for
the first time (Core alone ~36%), not because anything regressed.

Behaviour found rather than chosen, pinned so changing it is deliberate:
- EmailValidator accepts a space in the local part, which WordPress's
  is_email() refuses.
- A template placeholder the model lacks renders as nothing.
- An empty string held by Freedom replaces the tablet's value.
- The registration log writes EntityKind as a number; a kind written as
  text is unreadable, and an unknown number is read and then ignored.
- The gate treats whitespace as a present name or contact.

Not covered, on purpose: the email circuit breaker lives only in the
background timer's callback; ReconciliationService and DataService need
a fake Unity backend, which belongs with the specification's World.

* test: a rooted Freedom path is never usable, on either platform

On Linux, and so on Android, Uri.TryCreate reads '/amber' as file:///amber
and OptionsFrom returns options for it; on Windows it returns null. The
theory asserted null and failed on the CI runner. Pin what holds on both:
nothing usable comes out (Freedom's IsConfigured refuses a file URI).
