test: reverse-engineer an executable specification

Register.Specs, built on Link's arrangement: Reqnroll over xUnit v3 with
Shouldly, referencing Register.Core. Nine feature files, 88 scenarios,
82 automated and 6 skipped as on-device criteria.

The services are the shipping ones -- attendance, compliance, both event
logs, the email queue, snapshot, sync and reconcile -- over the tablet's
two databases in memory and a temp directory for the logs. What is stood
in for is only what a test host lacks: Preferences, the mail server (a
MailKit SmtpClient with its network calls scripted), the network probe,
and Unity, faked as an HttpMessageHandler *under* the real UnityRestSharp
and serving integrity-sharp's own models, with paging honoured.

Checked by breaking things. Reversing Freedom's precedence, dropping the
Better Stack https check, keeping the first log line instead of the last,
asking only never-accepted members, purging logs despite a refusal, and
cascading on unregister each turn scenarios red. Removing the welcome-
email dedupe fails nothing, because it cannot be reached.

Behaviour found and pinned, recorded in specs/domain-model.md:
- A refused SMTP password never trips the circuit breaker: the queue run
swallows it and reports itself as offline.
- A consent record Unity refuses is a warning, and the logs are cleared.
- With no intergroup meeting chosen, attendance is not sent and the logs
  are cleared.

The spec run is a step of CI's test job, a gate of its own and outside
the coverage figure. *.feature.cs is gitignored, as Link's is.
