fix: type every yt-dlp flag (#286)

The Flags type lacked 167 options that yt-dlp accepts, among them
impersonate and noSimulate. Options that yt-dlp allows more than once
now accept an array, audioQuality accepts a bitrate string, and
playlistEnd no longer accepts 'last', which yt-dlp rejects.

test/flags.js compares the type against `yt-dlp --help` so new options
surface as a failing test.
