fix: Report action routes ending in a wildcard

Refuse an action route that ends in a {name...} wildcard with an error
of its own, and suggest passing the value in a query parameter or a
signal. An action route is registered with {$} after it, which
net/http refuses after a wildcard:

    // POSTUpload is /upload/{path...}
    func (*App) POSTUpload(
        r *http.Request,
        path datapages.Path[struct {
            Path string `path:"path"`
        }],
    ) error

datapages lint and gen report it as a route conflict on
"POST /upload/{path...}/{$}", a pattern the app does not declare.
