removed!: remove deprecated items and features (#894)

# Objective

Fixes #846.

Remove all items and features deprecated ahead of the 1.0 release.

## Solution

- Removed items deprecated since 0.31.0 from the templates and
regenerated:
  - `Mat3`/`Mat3A`/`DMat3`, `Mat4`/`DMat4`, `Quat`/`DQuat` and
    `Affine3`/`Affine3A`/`DAffine3` `look_to_*`/`look_at_*` methods.
- `Mat4`/`DMat4` `frustum_*`, `perspective_*`, `perspective_infinite_*`
and
    `orthographic_*` methods.
  - The `USES_WASM32_SIMD` constants on the float vector types.
- Removed the deprecated unversioned `approx`, `encase`, `mint`, `rand`,
`rkyv`,
`speedy` and `zerocopy` feature aliases and the no-op `fast-math`
feature.
- Removed the now-dead unversioned `rkyv` impl
(`src/features/impl_rkyv.rs`) and the
  `math::tan` helpers that only the removed projections used.
- Removed the `mod deprecated` test blocks in `tests/camera.rs` and the
deprecated
  panic-location test.
- Updated the feature docs (README, `src/lib.rs`), changelog and CI
feature sets.
