feat!: seal FloatExt and swizzle traits (#891)

Fixes #845.

- Add a private `sealed` module supertrait in `src/lib.rs`. `FloatExt`
and
`Vec2Swizzles`/`Vec3Swizzles`/`Vec4Swizzles` now require
`crate::sealed::Sealed`,
per
[C-SEALED](https://rust-lang.github.io/api-guidelines/future-proofing.html#sealed-traits-protect-against-downstream-implementations-c-sealed).
- Methods can now be added to these traits after 1.0 without breaking
downstream
  implementors.
- Technically breaking for downstream implementors, but these traits
exist to be
  consumed, not implemented.
