fix(parser): Grouping node spans its parentheses (#481)

A parenthesized expression took the inner expression's start/end tokens,
so a call like (lambda x: x + 1)(4) had a source range starting at
'lambda', and the CSE Control tooltip showed 'lambda x: x + 1)(4)'.
Grouping now uses the '(' and ')' tokens. Error carets for parenthesized
conditions now start at the '('.
