fix(inbox): page oldest first and say whether there is more (#36)

* test: prove the inbox loses everything below its first page

A handset more than one page behind gets the newest page, newest first,
then asks from the top of it — so nothing underneath is ever fetched.
These fail until the inbox walks forward and says whether there is more.

A handset more than a page behind was handed the newest page, newest
first, and asked from the top of it next time, so nothing underneath was
ever fetched. The inbox now walks forward from the oldest the handset
lacks, and answers more: true while another page is waiting, which it
learns by reading one row past the limit.

A Link too old to read more still walks forward, one page per sync.
