testdata: remove the stray entitydirectives output

testdata/entitydirectives/generated/ holds three generated files at the
repository root and nothing reads them. The real fixture lives under
plugin/federation/testdata/entitydirectives, which is what
federation_entitydirectives_test.go loads.

The root copy is a byproduct of how the fixture regenerates. Its directive
is

    //go:generate go run ../../testdata/gqlgen.go -config testdata/entitydirectives/gqlgen.yml

and the config names its outputs relative to the working directory, so the
files land wherever the command was started. Run from plugin/federation it
writes the live copy; run once from the repository root it wrote this one,
which was then committed in b0e89a9e.

Two things identify it as an accident rather than a fixture. It carries no
gqlgen.yml and no schema.graphql, only output. And go generate ./... cannot
refresh it, because the go tool skips testdata directories, so it has sat
at whatever the template emitted in February while every other generated file
moved on.
