Compose the C++ descent (#823)

We pass the visitor through the containers by one function per
container type in an anonymous namespace of ``visitation.cpp``, named
by the type moniker. Each function descends only one level and calls
the function of its items by name, so the pass-through composes to any
depth instead of hand-unrolling the loops over atomic items:

    PassThrough_listOf_Extension(this, that->mutable_extensions());

The iteration and the verification have already been composed through
``cpp_over``; this was the last hand-unrolled descent in C++.
