Compose the TypeScript descent (#820)

We descend into the containers through one module-level generator
function per container type, named by the type moniker. Each function
descends only one level and calls the function of its items by name,
so the descent composes to any depth:

    yield * descend_ListOf_Extension(that.extensions, recurse);

The recursion is a run-time flag, so ``descend`` and ``descendOnce``
are thin wrappers around a single ``descend_<Class>`` instead of two
duplicated bodies. A non-recursive descent over a list of instances
yields the list directly with ``yield * that``.
