test(packaging): validate frozen plugins and isolated wheel installs

Close distribution validation gaps beyond archive module membership.

- Add --validate-plugins to verify all declared plugin registrations
  before GUI creation, settings access, update checks, or FC connection.
- Run headless registration smoke tests against Windows, macOS, and
  Linux frozen executables from outside the source checkout.
- Build a clean wheel from tracked sources and install it non-editably
  with runtime dependencies into a fresh virtual environment.
- Import every plugin and log-analysis module plus __main__ using
  Python isolated mode, verifying imports resolve inside the environment.
- Check that module imports do not create a Tk root window.
- Run isolated wheel validation in pytest and PyPI publishing workflows.
- Reject missing, empty, and initializer-only required source directories.
- Cover incomplete source inventories, successful headless registration,
  and nonzero exit status when plugin registration fails.
