feat(entitlements): expose the subscription status on the plan (#3538)

`EntitlementsPlan` now has a `status` field, either `'active'` or `'trialing'`. Before this change a client could only tell from `plan !== null` that a workspace has a subscription. It could not tell a trial from a paid plan. The web app's workspace list labels a trial "Free access" and a paid plan by its name, so today each row calls `GET /v1/billing/.../subscriptions` for its own workspace, one request per workspace. With `status` in the plan, the list can label every row from one `GET /v1/spaces/entitlements` call, which the sidebar workspace selector already makes.

The value is the `status` of the subscription row that already holds the workspace's active slot. That row can only be `active` or `trialing` (`ACTIVE_SUBSCRIPTION_STATUSES`), so `status` is never null when `plan` is set. Both `GET /v1/spaces/:spaceId/entitlements` and `GET /v1/spaces/entitlements` get the field, because they share `toEntitlementsResponse`. The field is added to the response and no existing field changes, so current clients keep working. The response is not cached (only the grants are), so there is no cached shape to migrate.
