fix(frontend): upgrade campaigns using source release file binds

Upgrade campaigns incorrectly used the source release containers for checking
resources, instead of the target ones.

These containers were then incorrectly passed to the mutation for creating a
new deployment, which ended up in failed update campaigns due to errors in
campaign target's new deployment.
