fix(version): a named group with one member still names itself in the plan

`rman version` printed an empty Group cell for a package alone in a named group.
Reported on a real repository: `@abisena/iomt`, the only member of
`group: "abisena-iomt"`, sat under its own delimiter with nothing in the Group
column - reading exactly like a package that had opted out of grouping.

`planBlocks` classified a group by **member count** (`group.length > 1`), a
proxy for "is this a group" that is wrong in exactly this case. The blank exists
for a package that belongs to *no* group (`group: false`), whose group of one is
named after the package and would only repeat the Package column. A group the
repository named is a version line of its own whatever its size - its name
decides its changelog file and its tag.

It classifies by the group key now, through `isSoloGroupKey` beside
`groupKeyOf`, so the key's `solo:` shape is known in one place rather than
re-spelled in the command.

The new spec was written first and failed with the reported output (`pkg-b`'s
row carrying no group); the two existing cases - a `group: false` package's cell
left blank, the delimiter between lines - stay green.
