quicktest: Add `VDI.pool_migrate` tests to `vdi_ops_data_integrity` (#7271)

This verifies that pool migration preserves the contents of the VDIs,
not just that it succeeds.

The new test uses the `local_vdi_migration` function from
`Quicktest_vm_migration`, so it's parametrized for both callers.

Also migrate from qcow2, not just vhd.
