fix(translate-browse-path): makeRelativePath rejects unescaped reserved chars

The element regex was not anchored: an unescaped reserved character in a
browse name was skipped and the rest of the string parsed out of
alignment, so "/1:A:B.C" silently produced A, C, C instead of failing.

Anchor the regex so each element starts where the previous one ended,
and say in the error that reserved characters need the & escape
(OPC 10000-4 A.2). Found with WinCC browse names containing colons.
