fix(dashboard): label a cell whose pane sits under a page or program overlay (#690)

a dashboard cell hosts the pane's own terminal. When a full session overlay or the pane's own overlay covers that pane, the session view hides the terminal but the cell kept showing it, so the grid showed a shell the user never sees there.

the cell now draws a cover naming what hides the pane: `HTML overlay` with the page's file or origin and an optional title, or `Program overlay` with the command. A full session overlay wins over a pane overlay. HUDs and floating overlays produce no cover. A replica overlay shows no command, since its stored one is the ssh helper line.
