Documentation pass is done and aligned with the v0.4.0 review and the real APIs.

**Modules:** `Queue`, `Queue.Message`, `Queue.StreamError`, `ListQueues`, and `QueueMessages` now have Parameters / Options / Returns / Errors, field typedocs, and usage examples. Message docs match the fixed behaviour (visibility-only update keeps the body; explicit `message_encoding`; `MessageNotFound` → deleted).

**Doctests:** Validation paths for `put` / `get` / `peek` / `delete` / `update`, `StreamError.message/1`, and XML `parse` / `encode_put` / `parse_page`. Wired in `doctest_test.exs`.

**Livebooks:** Queue narrative covers encoding and visibility-only update; all livebooks use the three-way `exists?` match; Hex `~> 0.4.0` install kept.

**Gates:** 114 doctests, 226 tests, doctor/docs/livebook check clean.
