ci(26): run ZZ-LogPagingCouchSpec in CI despite the ZZ tier skip

split-tests deleted every ZZ spec on node 0, and parallelism is 1, so the
real-CouchDB paging spec never ran. Keep just that spec on node 0; every
other ZZ spec is still deleted (the tier hangs CI, see docker-entrypoint.sh).
npm run test is `jasmine || true`, so the job log must be read.

Closes 26-02 deferred item 1.
