* Withhold the signature of a parameter given a tf.unstack or tf.split list

Ariadne's summary of `tf.unstack` and `tf.split` returns a list that
stands one piece in for every element, written at fixed indices, and the
tensor analysis types the list itself as that piece. The parameter read
as a flat tensor, and its specification described one piece, so binding
the list to it made the body's unpacking raise in a graph.

A parameter that a conforming call passes a container a TensorFlow
library node allocated, and whose element structure the analysis does
not read, now blocks with `TENSOR_CONTAINER_UNSUPPORTED`. The function
is still hybridized, with a bare decorator. A summary whose element
structure is read, such as a directory iterator's batch tuple, reduces
as before.

* Keep the untyped-context test's Javadoc on it, and rewrap a comment

The new test had gone in between that test's Javadoc and its method, so
the method lost its doc. A comment line the formatter left split is also
rewrapped. No change in behavior.
